Marketing Sciences Director
Simon Lane joined Clear as Director of Marketing Sciences at the beginning of 2016. He brings significant expertise in marketing effectiveness evaluation and quantitative research analytics. Prior to joining Clear, he held senior consulting roles at Prophet, 2CV Research and Nielsen working on clients including AT&T, Staples, eBay, Crate & Barrel, Nokia, 118118, HP, Activision, Electronic Arts, Unilever and BAT.
Simon spent 3 years at Orange/France Telecom where he was Head of Analytics in the Group Market Research function. During his time at Orange, he researched and advanced the consumer segmentation across FT’s European markets as well as the global customer experience program – including key drivers analyses of metrics such as NPS.
Simon holds a Doctorate in Environmental Sciences and obtained an MBA with Distinction in 2001. For fun he rides motorbikes, climbs mountains, and watches football.
