Karina is Director who specialises in insight and strategy. She is responsible for leading the global qualitative offer.
Karina is passionate about bringing humanity to business. She is relentlessly curious and, by applying both natural intuition and intellectual rigour, she unearths the transformative insights that unlock opportunities for her clients.
At Clear, Karina has led insight, strategy and innovation projects for Bacardi, E.ON, RBS, Colgate, GSK and Reckitt Benckiser.
Prior to Clear, Karina held Board Planning Director positions at Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, was Head of Strategy in a London design agency, a Partner in a brand insight agency and ran her own insight and innovation consultancy.
During her 20+ year career, she has been lucky to work with McDonald’s, Cadbury’s, Dove, Magnum, Guinness, Magners, Durex, Nike, Mars, Bacardi, Virgin and Vodafone.
Karina is a mum of two who enjoys a bit of culture, a quality box set, an Airbnb style city break, throwing a party and baking. Her brownies are the best in town.
