Amit Gulwadi

Head of Insights, Asia

Amit is Head of Insights (Asia) at CLEAR and is based in Singapore. He has more than 16 years of experience in advertising and qualitative research in markets such as India, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

He has experience working across a wide range of projects, from segmentation, positioning, and new product development to communication strategy development. Before joining CLEAR, Amit worked at Ipsos for more than 11 years, where he successfully grew the Qualitative business unit. He successfully led some of the early online community and social intelligence projects for clients such as GSK and Unilever. He loves to integrate new technology/ methodologies to answer clients’ business questions.

In the 11 years Amit has lived in Singapore, he has conducted numerous regional and global research projects for his clients. He enjoys working on regional projects that enable him to combine his passion for culture and business, to recommend strategies that are effective at a local level.

Amit lives with his wife and two boys. On the weekends, he loves to watch movies with his wife, and play cricket with his boys. He likes to read current affairs, history and politics during his free time.
