Allison is a Director who specialises in quantitative strategic insight. She has worked across a wide range of categories and markets using segmentation to optimise brand portfolios, develop brand positioning and identify opportunities.
Allison is passionate about helping clients understand consumer behaviour to help them shape future brands and has recently worked with clients in categories as diverse as Spirits & Beer globally, OTC pharmaceutical globally, Grocery Retail in the UK, and Tea in the USA to drive business growth through capitalising on their brand portfolios and prioritising brand opportunities.
Prior to joining CLEAR, Allison worked for a range of Marketing and Advertising agencies in her native South Africa and London, most recently for Kantar Consulting/Added Value leading strategic global segmentations and mentoring junior members of the team.
When not at work, Allison enjoys challenging herself to strengthen her body and mind spinning to the beat, doing yoga, exploring new places and having fun with her son.
