Adam Garrett

Managing Director, US

Adam is a creative strategist with deep expertise in helping companies enhance enterprise value through customer-driven growth, brand strategy, digital transformation, and experience and service design. Understanding where and how to win with customers pulls on his background in advertising as well as his personal passion for cognitive science and behavioral economics. 

Adam has worked with both B2B and B2C clients across industries ranging from financial services to consumer packaged goods, with a specific focus on the retail and hospitality sectors, where he has helped the world's leading companies to: find new sources of growth, build strong brands, design signature experiences, and catalyze the organizational change required to sustain advantage.

Prior to joining Clear, Adam helped launch several startups, including: Spinn Coffee, SmartSavers, and Value Blended.  He also ran his own consulting firm focused at the intersection of business, empathy, and technology.  Prior, he was a Group Director in R/GA's Transformation Practice and an Associate Partner at Prophet, a growth strategy consulting firm.  He also spent several years at Monitor Deloitte in the Customer Strategy practice, and in the advertising world at Deutsch, Inc. 

He holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS in Advertising and Consumer Psychology from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
